Ogilvie & Co’s Black Truffle Risotto is the perfect way to experience gourmet luxury at home.
Simply melt some butter or EVOO in a pan and add the contents of the jar. Mix gently to coat the rice grains and then stir over medium heat whilst adding ladles of a good quality chicken or vegetable stock ( approx. 1.5 lt in total).
Delicious served on its own, or garnished with shavings of fresh parmesan and a drizzle of truffle oil to finish.
Use any leftover rice mixture to create wonderfully aromatic croquettes or arancini coated in panko crumbs.
