We source fresh local lemons an preserve with lake salt from the pristine Lake Deborah in Western Australia. These Moroccan style preserved lemons are then spice with coriander seeds, rosemary and bay leaves from our kitchen garden and cinnamon. Add to a chicken tagine or finely dice and scatter over roasted potatoes. Delicious when added to slow cooked meats to provide and extra element of flavour.
It is no wonder that this product won GOLD at the Melbourne Royal Australian Food Awards in 2023.
