Our flavoured olive oils are produced using the traditional Italian method called agrumato where the olives and fresh lemons are cold pressed together to produce a superior and fuller flavour than other flavoured or infused oils.  Use generously on fresh seafood to help its delicate characteristics to come to the fore.  Drizzle over a prawn fettucine or steamed seasonal greens.  Pair with grilled asparagus and toasted hazelnuts or use to marinate poultry before roasting.
