Our flavoured olive oils are produced using the traditional Italian method called agrumato where the olives and fresh garlic are cold pressed together to produce a superior and fuller flavour than other flavoured or infused oils.  Drizzle over a potato and rosemary focaccia to impart delicious flavour.  Serve as dipping oil with warm sourdough bread and our Merlot Balsamic Vinegar.  Baste grilled meats and seasonal vegetables before barbecuing or dress steamed kipfler potaotoes for a simple delicious side dish.
