We start by blending fresh red chillies with garlic and slowly heat them to bring out their flavours. Spices and smokey chipotle are then added to create a fiery, delicious condiment with loads of attitude!  Try basting beef or pork ribs before slow-cooking to give them an incredible, concentrated flavour.  This sauce is also perfect with paring for all barbecued meats.
